WHAT IF MY DOG LICKS OR CHEWS THE COLLAR?
The ingredients are non-toxic if ingested in small amounts from licking. However, if your dog actively chews the collar, we recommend using the included clips to secure it or consulting with us for fit adjustment.
CAN I USE THIS WITH FRONTLINE, NEXGARD, OR OTHER FLEA MEDS?
We recommend using DEWEL as your sole flea/tick protection to avoid over-treatment. If transitioning from another product, wait until the current treatment cycle ends, then switch. Consult your vet if combining treatments.

IS THE DEWEL COLLAR SAFE IF I HAVE CATS AT HOME?
Yes. If your cat simply cuddles, sleeps near, or plays with your dog, the DEWEL collar should not affect your cat during normal household contact.
However, the collar is designed for dogs only and should not be placed on cats. Cats process certain essential oils differently than dogs, so we recommend keeping the collar on your dog only and preventing your cat from chewing, licking, or wearing it.
Normal cuddling and shared space are fine. Direct chewing or prolonged licking of the collar should be avoided.
