ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Subsequently, once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing essential information such as the tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date will be sent to you. Please check your spam folder if these emails do not appear in your inbox.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. This processing time is distinct from the shipping time. The total time for order delivery is the processing time plus the shipping time. We ship orders exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday), and any orders made over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the subsequent business day.

COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING

We collaborate with reliable courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you. You can use this link to track your package. Please note that the delivery timeframe provided in the email is an estimate and may vary based on your location and courier availability. Tracking information may take 1-3 days to be reflected on the courier's website.

While we partner with trustworthy courier companies, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes. In the event of shipping delays or issues, DEWELPRO will work diligently to resolve the matter. However, we are not liable for any shipping delays or issues during the delivery process.

SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY

Certain courier partners may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is needed and no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a nearby location. DEWELPRO is not responsible for any issues arising from courier decisions to leave packages without a recipient.

If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the package, you may arrange for an alternative recipient or contact the courier company for different delivery arrangements. Once the package is delivered and signed for, DEWELPRO is no longer responsible for any ensuing issues.

Please note that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even with upgraded express shipping.

DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING

Although we take meticulous care in packing our products securely, packages may occasionally incur damage during transit due to courier handling. If you receive a damaged package, promptly take photos of the packaging and report the issue to both the courier company and us at info@dewelpro.com. While we will do our best to assist, damage caused by courier handling falls outside our refund policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such instances and will support you in resolving any issues with damaged packages.

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS

Should your package arrive with missing or incomplete items, notify us at info@dewelpro.com within 72 hours of receiving the package, providing your order number and details of the issue. Depending on inventory, we may ship items separately, with separate shipping confirmation emails for each package. Shipping costs for missing or incomplete items will be covered by DEWELPRO. If replacements cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will email you within 1 business day of your order being placed to verify your shipping details. Failure to respond within this time may result in order cancellation.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at info@dewelpro.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.

DELAYED DELIVERY

At DEWELPRO, we strive to ship orders promptly, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. Such factors include courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. We will notify you of any issues causing a delay and keep you updated on your order status. DEWELPRO is not liable for delays caused by external factors but will provide assistance and information to resolve any issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DEWELPRO offers international shipping to most countries, with packages shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Recipients are responsible for paying any inbound duties, taxes, and customs fees. Refer to the provided table for a list of courier partners, approximate delivery timeframes, and tracking links for specific countries.

Please be aware that international shipping may take longer, and courier tracking websites may take 1-4 days to update information. DEWELPRO is not liable for customs fees, duties, taxes, or lost or stolen packages during international shipping. Customs may hold packages for inspection, causing delivery delays. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for information on additional fees.

If customs holds a package, customers may need to provide documentation or information for release. DEWELPRO is not responsible for delays or fees due to customs holding a package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

While we understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages, once handed over to courier partners, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at info@dewelpro.com, and we will assist you. File a claim directly with the courier company, providing any necessary information for the claims process. DEWELPRO will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates. Please note that DEWELPRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue, including offering a replacement if possible.

In cases where the courier company locates and delivers the package, or if the package is not found, consider filing a police report.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

At DEWELPRO, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer FREE returns and FREE replacements to make the process hassle-free for you.

We also provide a 90-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order if you're not satisfied for any reason.

CANCELLATION AND REFUSAL

DEWELPRO reserves the right to cancel and refuse orders placed on our website. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order at our discretion, we will issue a refund, which may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, or in violation of these Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order, not at the customer's request, a refund will be issued on the spot. We apologize for any inconvenience.
