When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Since our collars are kept in stock at our facility, most orders ship within 1 business day. In the rare case that we're out of stock, please allow up to 2 additional days for restocking before your order ships.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only — orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the following Monday.

- International Orders: $6.95 flat rate
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (US & International)

Domestic Delivery (US): 5-9 business days after shipping
International Delivery: 6-11 business days after shipping (depending on location)

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an automatic tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Your order will be delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. International customers may be liable to pay duties and taxes once your order arrives.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
