At DEWELPRO, we’re committed to providing safe, natural, and effective flea & tick protection. We want you to feel fully confident trying our products — while keeping our guarantee fair and sustainable for everyone.

This policy explains how our 90-day guarantee and 10-Collar Natural Treatment Bundle policy works.

IMPORTANT — ACTIVE INFESTATIONS

If your dog already has an active flea or tick infestation, a single collar alone is NOT enough to eliminate it.

A single collar is designed for prevention.

If your dog is already infested, you must:

  • Use a one-time flea shampoo or treatment first, then apply the collar for prevention
    OR
  • Follow our 30-Day Chemical-Free Protocol using the 10-Collar Natural Treatment Bundle:
  • Apply 1 fresh collar every 3 days
  • Continue for 30 full days (10 collars total)
  • Do not skip replacements

Purchasing only 1 collar for an active infestation does NOT qualify for a refund based on elimination expectations.

90-Day Results Guarantee (Prevention Use Only)

For dogs using the collar as prevention:

If the collar is worn correctly for 90 days and your dog still shows no improvement in flea or tick prevention, you may request a full refund.

To qualify:

  • The collar must be worn 24/7
  • It must be adjusted properly
  • It must be used for at least 30 consecutive days

There are no free replacement collars for prevention orders. The guarantee is limited to a refund only if the eligibility requirements are met.

10-Collar Natural Treatment Bundle Guarantee

If you purchased the 10-Collar Bundle and followed the full 30-Day Chemical-Free Protocol:

  • 1 fresh collar applied every 3 days
  • Completed all 10 collars (30 days total)
  • No skipped replacement periods

AND your dog is still infested after completing the full protocol:

You may request either:

  • A FREE replacement bundle
    OR
  • A full refund

To qualify, you must provide:

  • A clear “before” photo taken prior to starting the protocol
  • A clear “after” photo taken at the end of 30 days
  • Confirmation that you followed the 1-collar-every-3-days schedule

Without proof of full protocol completion, the bundle does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Not Eligible for Refund

To protect our guarantee and keep prices fair, the following are not eligible:

  • Requests made after 90 days from delivery
  • Collars used for less than 30 days
  • Active infestations treated with only 1 collar
  • Failure to follow the 30-Day Protocol for bundle claims
  • Collars are damaged due to misuse
  • Multiple refund claims across separate orders
  • Providing false or misleading information

Return Shipping

Used collars do not need to be returned.
There are no return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

How to Request a Refund

  • Photos of your dog wearing the collar
  • Before and after photos (for 10-bundle claims)
  • A short explanation of your situation
