This policy explains how our 90-day guarantee, replacement process, and refunds work.

90-Day Results Guarantee

If used correctly for 90 days and your dog still shows no improvement, we’ll make it right with our step-by-step solution below.

To qualify, the collar must be:

  • Worn 24/7,
  • Adjusted correctly,
  • Given at least 21 days to activate (as natural oils need time to disperse).

These simple usage steps ensure your dog gets real results.

STEP 1 — Free Expert Support (Required Before Refund)

If something isn’t working, we’ll help first — most issues are easily solved.

Our team may request:
• Your dog’s age, weight, and breed
• Photos showing how the collar fits
• A short description of the issue

This helps us ensure you’re getting the best results for your pet.

STEP 2 — Free Collar Replacement

If the issue persists after correct use, we will send you ONE free replacement collar within 90 days of delivery.

The replacement must also be used for at least 21 days before moving forward.

STEP 3 — Full Refund (After Replacement Fails)

If your dog still doesn’t show improvement after:

  • Proper use of the original collar, and
  • Proper use of the free replacement collar,

We will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety, we do not require you to return the used collar.

What’s Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

To protect our guarantee from misuse and to keep prices fair, the following are not eligible:

  • Requests made after 90 days from delivery
  • Collars not used or used for less than 21 days
  • Customer refusal to complete the required replacement step
  • Collars damaged due to customer misuse
  • Multiple refund claims across different orders
  • Providing incomplete, false, or misleading information

Our policy ensures fairness while still fully protecting genuine customers.

Return Shipping Costs

There are no return shipping fees.
In most cases, used collars do not need to be returned.

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are processed within 1 business day and credited back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately.
